Terms of sale

The short version: you pay once, download instantly, keep your files, and get a full refund within 30 days if you ask.

Updated October 29, 2026

Who sells

Kinusaiga.org is run by Reshot Technologies, a French SAS, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: hello@kinusaiga.org.

What you buy

Digital pattern files (PDF and SVG) and, for the Class Host Pack, printable class materials, described on each product page: Christmas Collection, All-Access Pass and Class Host Pack. Nothing physical is shipped. The All-Access Pass includes every paid collection we publish later, for as long as kinusaiga.org sells collections.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT or sales tax where it applies: the price you see is the price you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; we never see your card details. Each purchase is a one-time payment, never a subscription. Stripe emails you a receipt, and an invoice is available for businesses (you can add a VAT number at checkout).

Delivery

The files are available immediately after payment on your downloads page, and we email you a link that opens it on any device. If the email doesn't arrive, use “Email me my link” on your downloads page or write to us.

Refunds

If a collection isn't for you, reply to your purchase email or write to hello@kinusaiga.org within 30 days of buying, and we refund you in full, without questions. This is in addition to any right you have under the law where you live.

What you may do with the files

The files are for your personal use: make as many pieces as you like for yourself and as gifts. The All-Access Pass adds a license to sell the pieces you make by hand; the Class Host Pack adds a license to teach. Both are on the licenses page. You may not resell, share or upload the files themselves.

Problems

If a file is faulty or a pattern has a mistake, tell us and we fix it or refund you. Our patterns are tested for real foam, but results depend on your materials and hands; we can't be responsible for supplies or tools. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
